PCBAMake Team-Building Trip to Xi’an

The PCBAMake team recently completed a memorable team-building trip to Xi’an. During this four-day journey, we explored a city where history and modern life meet, experienced local culture, shared great food, and strengthened our teamwork and connection.

Day 1: First Impressions — Tasting Xi’an

We departed from Shenzhen early in the morning and arrived in Xi’an around noon. A traditional Shaanxi lunch welcomed us with signature dishes such as crispy Hulu Chicken, sizzling Chang’an Rice Crust, and rich Three-Delicacy Stew.

In the evening, we visited the Big Wild Goose Pagoda at sunset, where the golden light added a serene atmosphere to this ancient landmark. After dinner, the team strolled through the bustling Great Tang All Day Mall, where music, street performances, and people in traditional Hanfu created a vibrant cultural scene.

Day 2: Walking Through History

Seeing the Terracotta Warriors up close was one of the most striking moments of our trip. Each warrior carries a unique expression, making history feel extraordinarily alive.

At the Shaanxi History Museum, we continued our journey through thousands of years of Chinese civilization. Later that afternoon, many team members tried on traditional Han clothing and took photos around the city — a fun and memorable cultural experience.

Day 3: Rain-Washed Gardens and Golden Ginkgo Trees

We spent the morning at the Tang Paradise theme park. Light rain added a calm, almost ink-painting beauty to the pavilions and lake views.

In the afternoon, we visited the Guanyin Temple at the foot of Zhongnan Mountain. Its 1,400-year-old ginkgo tree was at its peak golden season, offering an incredible scene of falling yellow leaves and quiet charm.

Day 4: Ancient Walls and Local Flavor

On the final morning, we walked along Xi’an’s ancient city wall, where the contrast between old city landscapes and modern skylines was especially impressive.

Our last stop was the famous Muslim Quarter, a lively area full of flavors and local snacks — Roujiamo, Biangbiang Noodles, soup dumplings, Sour Soup Dumplings, and more. Every dish showcased the warmth and character of Xi’an’s street culture.
